Sponsored Workshops
By offering educational and informative sessions, a workshop is ideal for any company seeking significant exposure to a highly qualified audience. Sponsors take the lead in developing the content and PhoCusWright manages production and guides you to make sure your presentation is thought provoking and educational. The workshop is one 45-minute session taking place on Wednesday, November 14. Package components:
- Workshops take place in a private meeting room accommodating up to 200 attendees. The room set-up and assignment is based on the number of registrants for each session.
- Audio visual equipment is provided for each session.
- Workshop session will be video recorded and posted to The PhoCusWright Conference website for on-site and online attendees to view during and post-conference.
- PhoCusWright coordinates the registration process and provides the list of registered workshop attendees to the sponsor two (2) weeks prior to the workshop and a complete attendee list post-conference.
- Tickets for the three-day PhoCusWright Conference are included. Workshop presenters must be registered by utilizing an included ticket or by purchasing an additional two- or three-day ticket.
- Sponsor logo will be posted on the event website with a link to sponsor's URL.
