Hotel accommodations are available at The Westin Kierland at a conference rate of US$229 per night, single/double occupancy. Rates do not include state and local taxes. The conference rate is available until October 8, 2012 and subject to availability. Changes made to reservations after the deadline will be at the prevailing rate.
Registration for The PhoCusWright Conference is required to be eligible for the conference rate. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Please note that a deposit of two nights' room and tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received by The Westin Kierland at least thirty-five (35) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations received by the hotel within thirty-four (34) days or less of scheduled arrival are subject to the full forfeiture of all monies deposited.
Westin Diplomat Guest Rooms
Traditional guest rooms are available for attendees at the conference rate of US$229 per night for a single or double room, exclusive of resort taxes or fees. A limited number of deluxe rooms are available at the conference rate of US$279 per night and feature guaranteed mountain or golf course views from the private balcony or terrace.Westin Diplomat Suites
